Recently, I realised that I enjoy taking photos. In fact, I enjoy taking photos more than being in the photos itself. I guess my degree of camwhoring has declined significantly? LOL.

My 23rd birthday present from my parents is still on hold. My parent don’t know what I want and I don’t know what I want either. Maybe it’s time I should feel I’m already old enough to receive birthday presents from my parents? Don’t think so. You can never be tool old!

So, do you think my parents would grant my wish if I said I want a DSLR as my birthday present? =P Okay, probably that’s too much. I wouldn’t mind super-zoom camera either. I just thought that my Lumix needs a replacement. It’s getting old.

Translation: bloody rude

Pardon my language. I was just astounded by the action of this lady whom I met in an Asian grocery shop. She probably was the owner of the shop since she was the cashier. You know what I mean. They would never let other people to be the cashier. Hey, don’t get me wrong. I’m an Asian too and I truly understand this oh-so-typical behaviour.

Well, the story went like this. My friend and I decided to stop by at this shop to buy some refreshments. After I made my payment, I asked her for a drinking straw. Without saying anything in return (not even a single bloody word), she just moved her head to the left. I seriously had no idea which direction she was pointing at. Hello, would it hurt to at least say something or if she was kind enough, she would have given me the straw herself!

So yeah. I managed to find the straw (at last!). It wasn’t that visible as the the straws were encased in a closed casing. I opened it and took out two straws. And she instantly said to me, “Take one only!”. It was more like I was being scolded by her. And I calmly replied that I took another one for my friend who happened to buy a can drink as well. And she gave me a stare, showing her dissatisfaction towards what I’ve said.

What was that all about? Lady, you need to chill man. Two bloody straws won’t make you any closer to bankruptcy. And I’m your customer which means I’m ALWAYS right.

Anyway, I stormed out of the shop (not really, merely walked out actually) and said “That’s not a way to talk to your customer!”. I’m pretty sure she didn’t hear it but I really hope she did.

Ps. If you think I’m just overreacting, that’s fine. Whatever. Just saying here.

I promised that I would be blogging more often but I was just busy. Or perhaps lazy? LOL. Assignments are piling up that I can’t even remember the due dates for each assignment. Often I got lazy and I spent my whole day re-watching Season 3 Idol Army and Wild Bunny. How unproductive is that?

Anyway, I was planning to add a new section to the blog, “Freebies”. I probably would add some wallpapers featuring my favourite kpop artistes! XD Just stay tuned alright!

I just saw a video recorded one year ago. I saw myself and I screamed.

Heck, I was much slimmer than what I am now. Not very very slim but average. I don’t have that much of baby fat around my cheeks. My face wasn’t that round back then. I hate myself for eating too much here. The truth is, I just can’t bear the sight of food. Junk food especially. I got hungry easily due to the cold weather. And now that autumn is here, I guess I’ll crave for food more often.

Dang! This is bad. Really bad. FYI, I lost 5-6 kilos in Jakarta and gained them back within a few months in Melbourne.

Please please Mira. Don’t eat too much, will ya?
