뱀파이어

.. which literally means vampire. The romanization for the Hangul characters above is baempaieo. Just forget about Edward Cullen. He’s so yesterday and I don’t find him attractive anymore. At first, I though he looked good but then again, he’s not that good-looking anyway. Robert Pattinson looked a lot hotter when he was in Harry Potter as Cedric Diggory. I just don’t dig him as Edward Cullen anyway. Hehe.. :P

Anyway, I’ve just finished watching a Japanese drama entitled Koishite Akuma. It’s a drama about a young vampire who is yet to be a full-fledged vampire. He has not sucked human lifeblood and therefore goes to the human world in search of prey once his fangs grow. It’s the Asian version of Twilight! Hehe.. The drama has a sad ending to it but I gotta say, that’s the best ending they could have ever come up with.

When I first looked at him in the drama, he reminded me of someone instantly. Yep! He looks like Jaejoong of TVXQ. He might even pass as his twin brother. But that’s just impossible since Yuma is 8 years younger than Jaejoong! Yet, he was so mature in the drama. Two thumbs up for his acting skills! :D

Don’t they look just the same? Well, maybe not the same but similar. :) It’s probably because of the hairstyle and the face structure. Truthfully, they don’t look nothing alike when they have different hairstyle. It becomes obvious when Yuma smiles. Seriously, he looks like a totally different person!

I recommend you guys to watch the drama. I got hooked on it and didn’t want it to end so fast since there were only 10 episodes. Download the drama here.

Boating time!

I know I’ve been ranting a lot lately. Eeekk! Ranting is just bad and not good for your health. :P Well, for this new semester, I’ll try my very best to keep all my posts short and sweet as well as free from rantings and vents. Hehe..

Last Sunday, my housemates and I together with our seniors went for boating at Yarra Bend Park! Baru je sampai sini dah pergi jalan-jalan. Haha. Time is money and money is precious! :P Kak Itri, Jaja, Dila and I went on a boat while the others opted for kayaks and canoes. I wanted to try those at first but I didn’t want to get wet though I did bring extra attire. And I thought kayaking and canoeing are much harder to handle than trying to row a boat.  A big one, I must say. I was totally wrong. It was even harder to row a boat! The paddles are made from wood and obviously, they are much heavier. We had some difficulty at first and the boat just moved like.. a few inches? Haha. The workers there told us the one who sat at the center should row the boat. Malu je. Haha..

But in the end, we managed to move a few meters away! Not a few kot. But many meters away from our starting point. Haha.. Yay for us! Well, picture galore below!

That’s just absurd

As usual, I was browsing through Facebook, stalking my friends’ profiles and photos. Haha. Well, I guess I wouldn’t be called a stalker as they are all my friends anyway and not absolute strangers. While I was on it, I accidentally read a comment by this person whom I don’t know on a celebrity fan page. The comment was a respond to a wall post made by some other person. The wall post mentioned about pursuing a degree in UiTM Shah Alam and one of the comments went like this:

Sambung study oversea la. Baru mantap.

And another comment made by the same person:

Jom study oversea. Oversea dapat main snow. Pergi shopping pakai boot bulu-bulu. Haha.

The moment I saw that, I laughed so hard at the shallowness of the comment or rather how shallow-minded the commenter is. Mantap? Yeah right. It doesn’t matter whichever uni/place you study at. Kalau stuck-up je lebih sebab dapat pergi oversea tapi study entah ke mana, tak guna juga. I really hate those people who look down on those who study in the local universities. I myself study in Jakarta (but currently in Melbourne for a dual-degree program) and I always get the same respond. They look down on those studying in Indonesia. It irks me when people assume those studying in Indonesia are the ones with bad results. Please, if you know nothing, just say nothing or else you’re just making a fool of yourself. Ingat bagus sangat la? FYI, I got almost straight 1As for SPM (9 1As, 1 2A) and CGPA of 3.97 for my foundation year. No, I’m not trying to brag coz there are other people who are way better than me. I just can’t stand those who degrade us. If I were that dumb, I wouldn’t be able to get a scholarship, would I?

Main snow and pakai boot bulu-bula huh? Haha. Nampak sangat nak pergi oversea sebab nak main je. Bangga sangat la yeh? Entah pape la. I don’t understand you at all. This childishness of yours explains pretty much on your superficiality. Nak study ke atau nak holiday? Make your choice.

Alright. I’m not gonna waste any more time on this particular group of people. You guys are just bloody annoying and just a bunch of total ignorants. Just grow up, I beg you please!

Ruined!

Yes, I’m back in Melbourne. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or not. I mean I love Melbourne but at the same time, I have always wished to study in Malaysia all along. Well, the plane departed at 1.20 am and I arrived in Melbourne at around 12.30-ish pm. The 8-hour flight was so boring. I couldn’t really sleep. But the best thing is that I sat alone as the other 2 seats next to me were vacant! And so I slept however I wanted like lifting up both of my feet and stretching myself here and there. Haha. Seronok giler.  :P

Eight hours in the plane really wore me out. All I ever thought while I was on my way back to my house was to unpack all my stuff and get a good rest. Little did I know something shocking was about to be found out in my very own freaking house. (Well, not exactly mine but you know what I mean). Well, my house was (and still is) in ruin! My housemates and I lent our house to someone while we were away (in Malaysia) and urmm.. well. Things didn’t go exactly as what I expected. I seriously don’t mind but what I DO MIND is when people use my personal belongings WITHOUT asking my permission. I repeat again, PERSONAL belongings. Even my sisters asked for my permission if they wanted to borrow my stuff.

Among other things that I loathe is when my belongings are not at the place they should be. Just now, I found my freaking sweater in my tote bag. And WHY IS THAT? I never put my sweater in tote bag, which I always use to lectures. My telekung has also been used. Well, to top it all, my STUDY DESK has been turned into a dining table. There were coffee stains, pieces of biscuits, and god-knows-what-else stains. Would it hurt to at least clean it properly? It would take less than a minute! And apparently, they left us all all their stuff behind, expecting us to clean all of them up. Foods, comforters, pillows, shoes, etc, etc.

Haih. If I know something like this would happen, I wouldn’t.. Argh! Well, it’s over and there’s nothing I can do about it. I’m angry and upset. Gahhh!

Hugs & kisses
